The Hainan Smart Battery Swap Station is invested and built by Xinyuan Yicheng and constructed by China Energy Engineering Group Heilongjiang Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. The two parties plan to jointly invest in and build 500 integrated charging and swapping stations nationwide, with the first batch of 10 smart battery swap stations in Hainan Province commencing construction simultaneously. According to the plan, Xinyuan Yicheng will invest in the construction of 200 integrated charging and swapping stations in Hainan over the next five years.
